Not surprisingly, many of the attractions
in beautiful Northwestern Ohio focus on water. Within this region is
expansive Lake Erie, as well as several major rivers which flow into
it, such as the Maumee and the Sandusky. The attractions in this area
provide a broad range of experiences for travelers, and reflect the
many ways in which our forebears utilized water as an important natural
resource. This region of small townsand some not so smallprovides
a perfect slice of life view in some amazing and highly memorable settings.
The following tours are set out as typical
